Attached is the formal delivery of the questions submitted by members of PSIA-AASI Western Region in advance of the §7.2 Special Meeting scheduled for Thursday, April 23. The document contains a cover letter describing how the questions were collected and the transition of meeting administration to a new Organizing Committee, followed by the full compiled questions themselves.
We request that each party respond directly to this email, in writing, with answers to the questions addressed to them no later than 3:00 PM Pacific on Tuesday, April 21. The Board’s Special Member Meeting scheduled for later that day (which is not a §7.2 voting meeting) should not be consumed by first-time clarifications; with written answers in hand, members can use the session to probe whatever remains unclear. All responses will be published at pssialliance.us as received, in full and without editing.
